St. Helena Family Biking Workshop (Bilingual)

May 1, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Join the Napa County Bicycle Coalition and St. Helena Parks and Recreation for a fun morning of riding bikes!
Our free Family Biking Workshops are led by nationally certified bicycle instructors, and provide kids ages 5-12 and parents the skills and confidence necessary to ride safely around town and with traffic.
Prior to jumping on the bikes, we’ll make sure our bikes are ready to ride, fit our helmets, then transition to on-bike skill building activities designed to encourage confidence and safety. We’ll wrap things up with a series of bike-themed games and a group ride along local streets to practice our skills.
This event takes place at the north Crane Park parking lot in St. Helena. Additional details will be sent via email in advance of the workshop. Registration is required by 4/28, space is limited. All kids MUST bring their own bicycle and helmet. Any parents or guardians riding with the group MUST have a helmet.
To sign up, just fill out our online form! https://forms.gle/U3RwTZFFyy2yXV7f7
For more info, contact NCBC Program Coordinator Carlotta Sainato at [email protected] or by calling 707-258-6317.
Note: All programs are run under health and safety guidelines provided by the State of California and County of Napa for outdoor educational programs. All participants will receive a temperature check upon arrival, and must practice social distancing of 6’ whenever possible. Face masks are required and hand sanitizer will be available.
