All organizations and events must be located in Napa Valley and be open to the public. You are welcome to submit information about organizations and events outside the area via email, and we’ll consider for editorial, however our online calendar is for events taking place in Napa County.

You may not post content or take any action on this site that infringes or violates someone else’s rights or otherwise violates the law. We reserve the right to remove any content or information you post on this site if we believe that it violates this statement or our policies. All media content must be licensed, license-free or owned by the user, and cannot violate copyright, privacy or other applicable laws. A single image should be uploaded along with your listing. Images must be in .jpg, .gif or .tif format and no larger than 1 megabyte.

We reserve the right to edit graphic images and submissions for grammar, style, and accuracy.
