Easter is early this year — Sunday, April 1 — and many of Napa Valley’s egg hunts and Easter bunny sightings are taking place this weekend (a whole week before Easter). egg decorating. This art
form, embraced in Russia
 and the Ukraine, has made its
 way to Nimbus Arts! Create beautiful geometric or abstract eggs, learning to use traditional tools and methods. With bees-wax, dye, and special tools in a “batik style” process, each egg becomes a lovely geometric work of art. (This craft is quite technical requiring ample patience and the use of hot wax). Come and learn the timeless art of Ukrainian egg dying.

2nd Annual CIA at Copia Egg Hunt

Hop on over to the CIA at Copia for its second annual Easter Egg Hunt! Registration for the Egg Hunt is free but required as space is limited. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. and will be on the terrace outside The Store at CIA Copia. Don’t forget to bring your favorite Easter basket to carry all your eggs!

Ad Hoc hosts its annual Easter Egg Hunt in the garden behind the restaurant. Arrive early to enjoy complimentary hot cross buns and coffee from Bouchon Bakery. Registration begins at 9 am and each registered child will receive a complimentary Easter basket. Only provided baskets will be allowed into the hunt area. Only kids six and under.
